About Me

Mahshid was born in Esfahan, Iran. She received her bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Esfahan University where she also became fluent in Farsi & English. While working for a marketing & advertising company in Esfahan, her mother recruited her back to help run their small family business.

Always excited about new opportunities, Mahshid’s cousin, a contractor in Las Vegas, encouraged her to visit knowing she would love the city. While visiting, she met one of her cousin’s clients, Richard Moss, a real estate agent with RE/MAX CENTRAL.

It was an exciting time as she realized that she just might be spending more time in Vegas.

As she began a long distance relationship with Richard, she worked hard towards her goal to move to Vegas to be by his side as soon as possible.

Their distance and time a part, only intensified the excitement of when they could be together. A vacation in Bangkok, Thailand proved the perfect time to propose. Richard & Mahshid were engaged and applied for the K1 visa in October 2017. Shortly after, they were married in December 2017.

Mahshid worked to assist Richard with his RE/MAX real estate business. While doing so, she began to study real estate. She worked hard to understand state and national laws and how they are applied with helping homeowners and home buyers. She loved the idea of helping people achieve the American dream of home ownership and it compelled her to work to get her real estate license on her own. Through her hard work, she passed her real estate exam the first time.

Mahshid loves the freedom of America and enjoys helping families live the American dream. She looks forward to helping you as a partner with her husband as the Know Moss Team!
